Tuna Lollipops

Tuna LollipopsThis is a delightful appetizer!  If you try it, let me know
if you liked it.  It was very easy and a lot of fun.








Ingredients:

  • 12 Bamboo skewers
  • 2 – 6 oz. Yellow fin tuna steaks (cut into cubes)
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame ginger seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard

Directions:

    1. Preheat grill to medium heat
    2. Cut tuna into cubes
    3. Coat tuna with peanut oil
    4. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt
    5. Insert skewers
    6. Press sesame seeds on all sides of tuna
    7. Coat grill with oil
    8. Grill on medium-high heat for about 1 minute on each side
    9. Serve with dipping sauce

Twist: Toasted sesame seeds with ginger, Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard
